Clause 19(1) – Failure to maintain food premise to a standard of cleanliness where there is no accumulation of food waste, dirt, grease, or other visible matter. b) Food Standards Code 3.2.2 Clause 20(1) – Failure to maintain food contact surfaces of equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. 3. S16(2): sold food that was unsafe. 4. S50: failed to comply with a prohibition order.
