Regional Services, Applied Environmental Health provides an extensive range of environmental health services to the northern region of South Australia outside local council areas ~ approximately 85% of the geographical area of the State. Map of South Australia showing the unincorporated This region of South Australia is home to about 3600 Aboriginal people who live in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Lands, with smaller communities residing in the Maralinga Tjarutja Lands, Nepabunna, Gerard, Yalata and in the townships of Oodnadatta, Marree and Copley. The Regional Services Section works closely with remote rural and Aboriginal communities to ensure the co-operative attainment of proper environmental health standards in:
